Trapezoid preshaped steel square mesh cage open only on one side, to be used to encourage correct positioning of the CLAYSEAL 25.20 sodium bentonite waterstops, and to prevent the displacement from the seat provided, especially in complex situations or on surfaces which are not perfectly prepared. Once the joint is inserted, BENTONET will have to be fixed to the concrete support using steel nails and washers every 20-25 cm.

The product should be used as it is, to increase the amount of bentonite in punctual areas, or mixed with cement and water or just water to obtain a slightly expansive waterproofing mortar, suitable for smoothing any crawl spaces in the concrete prior to laying and refilling the CLAYTEX bentonite sheet.

MIKROSANA

MIKROSANA is a mixture of cement-free binders, recommended for injecting consolidation of brick, stone and mixed structures. Its hydraulic grip is based on the active lime-microsilica reaction and the presence of hydraulic calcium free of harmful soluble salts. Its exceptional fluidity, coupled with extremely small particle size, allows it to penetrate less than 1.5 mm pores and cracks. The addition of natural and artificial pozzolans allows progressive hydration and hardening beyond the standard 28 days of ripening. MIKROSANA, thanks to its particular constituents, is totally compatible with old mortars, which makes its use particularly recommended for the injection consolidation of antique plasters, even in the presence of frescoes.

Curing adjuvant, based on special acrylic resins in aqueous dispersion; applied by spraying, on fresh concrete surfaces. It reduces the sudden loss of the mixing water by evaporation, thus contributing to the improvement of the general characteristics of the finished product. Unlike treatments based on wax or synthetic oils, CURING AID is not a hydro-oleo repellent substance. CURING AID bases its working principle on the cross-linking of a copolymer particularly similar to the constituents of cement-based mixes. The copolymer inhibits the evaporation of water and is chemically fixed with the support. CURING AID, thanks to this polymerization process, is not a potentially detaching substance with respect to subsequent coating treatments, unlike the common anti-evaporating agents present on the market that base their effectiveness on active hydro-oil repellent substances.

Specific anti-dust treatments for industrial flooring or concrete slabs that have lost their original "vitality".

Anti-cracking reinforcement mesh, made of alkali resistant fibreglass yarn, for the best distribution of tensions and to avoid shrinkage cracks caused by changes in temperature, due to lack of planar homogeneity etc. They are available in 3 different types: the 160 g/m² version, with a 4.0x4.5 mm square mesh, perfect for reinforced screeds. The standard roll is 1.10 m in height by 50 m in length.
